I got in touch with Callum after years of inactivity due to issues with my back.
I was dealing with severe confidence issues too. I found Callum very reassuring, Callum listened & understood the physical issues i was facing & created a plan of action to work towards recovery.
I am delighted to say that plan of action is working extremely well & I'm doing much better than I ever imagined. I am now swimming, walking & I'm almost back in the gym.

Recently had a treatment with Callum. He was punctual and very professional. He gave me a great massage in my legs and feet and diagnosed my injury straight away. Followed by exercises for the injury. The day after he sent me videos of the exercises I needed to do and also sent a rehab program. Excellent work will definitely be booking again
Callum was honestly amazing! He figured out the cause of my back pain straight away and explained it in a way that actually made sense. The massage and exercises he gave me were super helpful, I felt better almost instantly. He was really friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole session feel really chill but still professional. Would 100% recommend him if you’re dealing with any kind of injury!
Callum was fantastic, knew exactly what my mother needed and how to go about it even gave advice how to help our mother, just had one session Yet, so hopefully few more sessions will see and feel the result x

I was having problems with my neck and back spoke to the company. They sent somebody out on next available appointment to help me with the problems I was facing. The Sports massage was fantastic hitting all the right places to get rid of the nuts. The irritation that I was having after the massage was gone. I felt brilliant highly recommend and I will be using this company again.
