I have a 10-year career as a People Ops champion. I have honed my compliance, learning and development, employee relations, people & culture, strategy and influencing skills, so much that I have been complimented and acknowledged on my professional growth by all of my recent leaders. Watching myself now facilitating training on coaching models and mastering “difficult conversations” in front of managers and executives makes me feel really proud. The little girl that was once terrified of public speaking, is now a confident conveyer of important messages, and I don’t think I would have ever gotten here if it wasn’t for the Human Resources career path. Since I majored in Criminal Justice in college, I have always said that I didn’t choose HR, rather HR chose me. I continue to amaze myself with how far I have come as a zero-generation American. I also pride myself on my ability to offer rapid turnarounds and quality products to my current internal customers and I would like to do the same for you.
I built my HR career in larger companies focusing on recruiting and agency staffing. In the past 4 years, I have focused on private-equity hyper-growth companies where I built many HR processes and programs from scratch.
I currently serve as an HR Business Partner for Trellis Rx, now part of CPS Solutions, which is a hyper-growth pharma tech company that has grown 100% in one year. I have also worked with a few clients within multiple industries to help streamline processes, implement software, and rewrite employee handbooks.
