Having come to the next stage of my life I felt I needed to focus on myself rather than prioritising family but was unsure where to start. Working with Katie turned out to be exactly what I needed!

Initially there were steps I was not willing to do but by the end of the programme I felt I wanted to achieve them, providing structure to exercise and helping me plan, in regards to food.
