Are you insane - sometimes?

As Albert Einstein said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” The implication of his famous quote is that the results that are generated by this habit, this routine, this repetition are not desirable.

Another school of thought says that one of the most important success habits is to create a routine. Again the implication is that the routine is producing a desirable result.

These concepts are true for scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, producers, marketeers, the list goes on - and it's also true for job seekers.

If you are searching for a new career opportunity, one of the most important habits to create is that of monitoring and analysing your results. If it's not working, if your approach is not producing interviews then it's time to change your approach.
